Stablecoins

Pay anyone’s stablecoin wallet, anywhere, after the checks.

Paste their address on Base, and Wiremi checks before anything moves: the address is valid, whether the wallet is an exchange or a private one, the name on it, and a clean screen. Then it goes, and it is there in about a minute.

How it works

Move in, hold, send. And back again.

Every step shows the rate and the fee before anything moves, and the receipt shows every step after.

  1. 01

    Move in

From your Wiremi balance into USDC or USDT. The rate and the 1.5% spread, with a $10 minimum, are quoted first.

  2. 02

    Hold

A dollar that stays a dollar. Keep it as a stablecoin for as long as you like.

  3. 03

    Send or receive

To any Wiremi account, or to any address on Base. Receive into your own Base address the same way.

  4. 04

    Move back

Back to your Wiremi balance at the rate shown. Cashing out straight to a bank or mobile money is coming.

Said plainly

Stablecoins, and only stablecoins.

Wiremi does not hold or trade tokens that move in price. The wallet holds USDC and USDT, dollar stablecoins pegged one to one, on Base, provided through regulated partners in accordance with the rules of each jurisdiction we operate in.

Why it belongs in Wiremi

A faster corridor, and a business that can be paid from anywhere.

Family abroad

A dollar crosses the world in about a minute.

Move money into USDC in Canada and send it to a Wiremi account in Lagos, Manila or anywhere else Wiremi is open. It arrives as dollars that stay dollars, and the receipt shows every step.

Business

Pay a supplier abroad. Get paid by a client abroad.

No wire, no correspondent bank, no three days. Invoice in dollars, get paid in USDC or USDT on Base, keep it or move it to your balance. Pay your own suppliers from the same wallet.

The record

It all writes to the same account.

A stablecoin transfer shows in the same history and on the same receipt as everything else on your Wiremi account. Stablecoin balances and transfers do not build Community Credit; circles, loan repayments and savings held do.

Questions people actually ask

Which stablecoins do I get?

Yes, to any address on Base. Paste the address and send; the network fee and the arrival time are shown before you confirm.
What does it cost to move money in or out?
Moving between your Wiremi balance and the stablecoin wallet costs a 1.5% spread, with a $10 minimum. The rate and the spread are shown before you confirm.
Can I cash out to my bank or mobile money?
Not yet, straight from the stablecoin wallet. That is coming. Today you move it back to your Wiremi balance and use it from there.
